Parts of steam piston engine in relation to their price and operating costs

This thesis describes structure and working priciple of steam piston engine. The basic construction parts are included and divided according their function. Next it contains prediction of production costs of small steam piston engines with piston valve - simple expansion engine and compound engine. Then the coparison of parameters, production and operating costs of both engines follows. Finally there is mentioned a influence of buying the technology for the steam production and condensation such small units.
Operating costs of site equipment

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of operating costs of site equipment. The theoretical section provides the information about the function, the structure and the process of site equipment design, and then it also describes the costs associated with equipment construction site. The practical part is focused on design of site equipment and its operating costs calculation. The comparison of designed site equipment with the real operation is mentioned in the final part.
Industrial application of TS displays

This master thesis describes the design of control unit, which has the task to operate industrial facilities for disinfection of swimming pools or living rooms. The designed control unit is trying to regulate power and flow rate, which is controlled by electronic valve with a flowmetr. The whole design is aimed at minimizing operating costs (mainly consumed liquid oxygen). Interaction with the operator is ensured by the HMI display. There is also an effort to highlight the importance of HMI applications in the industry.

The theoretical part deals at the beginning with wooden buildings and suitable materials. Then information about low energy houses, passive houses and requirements for new buildings is introduced. The theoretical part of the work also summarizes the selection of the technological solution. Important part is about individual life cycle stages of the building, wear and tear of the buildings and whole life costs of the building that the investor is interested in. Practical part of the thesis consists of a case study of the wooden family house where the whole life costs of the building life cycle are solved.
Household heating systems

Main goals of this bachelor thesis are economic evaluation of four chosen technologies of heating, and heating system design. Introduction deals with problem of heating in a family house, types of heating systems and main influences affecting the choice of heating system. The third chapter discusses main components of heating systems. Each component of the system is characterized and described. The most important parts include heating source, which are divided by type of fuel. The fourth chapter describes other possibilities of austerity meassures, which reduce heat loss and heating costs. There is a mention about government subsidies. The fifth chapter shows the shares of different heating sources, that are used in residential houses. In the last chapter, the computation of heat loss in the particular object is done. Based on the heat loss computation floor and radiator heating system is proposed. Four heat sources are chosen for the object (gas boiler, heat pump, biomass boiler and electric boiler with acumulation tank) and the purchase and the operating costs are computed. Conclusion of the chapter is devoted to the economic balance of the four heat sources and their comparison in the return of investment.
Manufacturing process optimalization of high-volume plastic molded parts production

This thesis deals with optimization of manufacturing process of plastic molded parts production. The first part focuses of describing current workplace, thanks to that was found out amount of transported materials. In second part there are two possibilities of solving problem with target to decrease amount of manipulations and transports. On base of this evaluation this these variants, the optimal variant is choosen. This variation improve molding process, decrease number of manipulation equipments and number of operators.

This thesis deals with the use of tractor transport system with swap bodies in primary agricultural enterprise. Tractor transport systems consist of a tractor and trailer, which is a carrier of some kind of superstructure. In this case, the tippers and manure. For my thesis I chose the company Agrospol Mladá Vožice Inc., which uses exchange systems Annaburger HTS 20.79 composed chassis, tippers and manure. The paper describes the technical parameters of individual bodies exchange system, and their use is an analysis of investment and operating costs.
